Before making a return, it is important to request an "RMA" return number by email at "firstname.lastname@example.org" or by telephone for any return merchandise request. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization or approval number. Products received without a pre-approved return number will be automatically returned and at the sender's expense. Any breach of the return procedure will lead to the same result.
Please note that all sales are considered final and non-returnable. The products are subject to the guarantees of the official manufacturer or distributor. See the warranty booklet for your product in the packaging also available on the respective manufacturer's support and download page.
Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable. All delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the event of an error made by Copiscan Inc and for which an "RMA" return number has been issued and authorized.
Refund Policy, Purchase Terms
If Copiscan displays your product in stock on our store, we will email you an order confirmation along with a shipping notification confirming that the items have been dispatched and are on their way to your destination.
This notification is in relation to your order. Orders for items already in stock (excluding scheduled delivery items) will normally be shipped within 2 business days of your order date.
Orders for out-of-stock items will be dispatched once the item is received from our supplier. We will give you the shipping notification once the item has been dispatched. The delivery times of your package will depend on the shipping method you have chosen at the time of your order.

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to reject, correct or cancel any order at any time, for any reason.
All items are subject to a manufacturer's warranty and according to the conditions established by them.
If an item you have ordered is incorrectly priced, Copiscan may be able to revise or cancel the order depending on the status of your order processing. For further questions, please contact customer service by phone or email.
Your duly completed order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services mentioned on your order. Your orders will be considered accepted only if and when we send you, by email, a shipment notification. This shipping notification, sent by email, constitutes our acceptance of your order and represents a legally binding contract with Copiscan Inc.
The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card or your PayPal account depending on the payment method chosen when you will be notified of the shipment by email.
If you wish to cancel an order, you can request a cancellation by opening a session to your access account and canceling your order or by calling 514 745-2674. However, we may receive your cancellation request after your order has been placed and already in the process of being delivered, in which case your cancellation request may not be fulfilled.
Copiscan Inc reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange or refund of merchandise if the product has been unpacked or used. In the event of a defect, Copiscan Inc. will be able to assist you with the manufacturer's warranty.
In the event that an item you have received is damaged in transit, please immediately contact our customer service department as soon as possible. You can send an email to email@example.com with the supporting documents and your order information in order to quickly process your request.
